The ability to control the false discovery rate (FDR) at an imposed level depends on the number of isoforms of the genes (indicated in the panel headers as e.g. [2, 4). The FDR control for genes with many isoforms is worse than that for genes with few isoforms. The total number of genes (n) and the number of genes affected by DTU (n.ds) in each category are indicated in the panel headers
