Predicted sORFs are under stronger selection than those found in other studies. Previous results obtained by ribosome profiling (a-c), mass spectrometry (d-f) or computationally (g-o) are compared with respect to their adjusted phyloCSF scores and the dN/dS ratio as indicated in the scheme (top left).
