A model of the Imp post-transcriptional RNA assemblage in growth cone dynamics. Forty out of the 86 transcripts identified by the three different high-throughput analyses as being associated with Imp (Fig. 3; Figure S3b in Additional file 1) have been divided into five categories (a–e) participating in growth cone dynamics.
