For the non-coding RNAs that are associated with Sm proteins, their host genes are also shown. The read coverage for U5:23D is off scale, and thus truncated. (b) Examples of human Sm-associated RNAs from Y12 αSmB, Ctrl (Lu045) and IP (Lu047). The histone mRNAs H2BE, H2AC and H2AB are short for HIST2H2BE, HIST2H2AC and HISTH2AB, respectively.
