GO trees showing the relationships between 'biological process' terms associated with genes containing TFBSs mutated in human. Filled boxes represent GO terms that were over-represented in genes associated with the conserved TFBSs analyzed in the present study (sixfold over median enriched set). Ontology relationships were confirmed using the GOToolBox ontology browser. The 11 enriched GO terms could be integrated into only two functionally related GO trees.
