ChIPOTle is continuing to be updated and enhanced; the latest version can be downloaded from http://www.bio.unc.edu/faculty/lieb/labpages/ChIPOTle/home.htm
In addition, a PERL version of ChIPOTle is available at Perl-ChIPOTle. This version can be used with datasets too large for the Excel version (>65536 array elements).
