  1. This list displays genes that are differentially expressed between mammary tumors (WntT) and hyperplastic mammary gland (WntH) from MMTV-Wnt-1 transgenic mice, and that are also differentially expressed between WntT and mammary tumors from MMTV-Neu transgenic mice (NeuT). Genes are sorted according to the average ratio of WntT versus WntH. A numeric ratio is displayed if the gene expression meets the criteria (statistical significance and fold cutoff) described in Table 2; otherwise, it is marked as '=', indicating that there is no significant difference between the two sets of samples in comparison. EST, expressed sequence tag; MMTV, mouse mammary tumor virus.
