The quintet consists of genomes of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Y, red), the alpha-proteobacterium Rhodobacter capsulatus (R, green), the Gram-positive bacterium Bacillus subtilis (B, green), the euryarchaeote Archaeoglobus fulgidus (A, blue) and the crenarchaeote Sulfolobus solfataricus (S, blue).
