(a-h) Fold changes of expression of (a) GM-CSF, (b) TNF-α, (c) IκB, (d) CCR1, (e) CCR2, (f) CCR5, (g) caspase-1 and (h) clusterin in human Th1 cells (black bars) and Th2 cells (white bars). Activation was induced by coligating CD3 and CD28 in human Th1 and Th2 cells for 2, 6 or 24 h. Data are from samples from Th1 and Th2 cell cultures originating from three individuals. Each measurement was carried out in duplicate and repeated.
