Phenotypic comparison between CRISPR/Cas9 knockout mutants and wild type plants. All these traits were observed at five days after sowing, with 3 homozygous lines of each fusion gene showed similar phenotype. The same Nipponbare line was used as control. The statistical analysis between transgenic lines and Nipponbare was done by Wilcox test. Asterisks indicate significant at p< 0.05
