To assist orchestration of pipelines, we run a message broker service that allows different pipelines within COG-UK to send messages and interact with each other. This example shows Elan’s first message on July 17, 2020, emitted to announce it has successfully completed, and the phylogenetics pipeline responding to say it has started as a result of the new data to be processed
