  1. The three largest clusters consisted of 7 genomes, indicating that in this case 21 high-quality genomes were dereplicated into 3 ‘winning’ genomes. Singleton clusters (unique genomes) accounted for 616 genomes, and doubletons more than a quarter of all 1200 MAGs
