PWAS-exclusive associations. a Exemplifying the 48 PWAS-exclusive associations with the 3 genes associated with the intraocular pressure phenotype. The 3 genes demonstrate a complete lack of any GWAS pattern in the proximity of the genes (up to 500,000 bp to both directions of each gene). Each of the 3 depicted gene regions was divided into 200 bins, displaying the most significant variant in each bin.
