An in vitro reference experiment. a A reference lineage tracing dataset was generated using the technology proposed in Chan et al. [10] to human cells cultured in vitro for 15 generations. A total of 34,557 cells were analyzed after filtering and error correction. Only the initial split (into two plates) is shown.
