Percentage of knockdown embryos observed with wildtype Nv-zen expression, reduced levels of Nv-zen expression, an incomplete or partial dorsal stripe domain of Nv-zen, or lacking Nv-zen expression completely. Mock-injected embryos were also observed for comparison and to calculate Fisher’s exact test to determine if a significant difference (P < 0.05) between the two populations for the given phenotype exists (P value < 0.05 signified by the bar above graph, color corresponds to phenotype with significant difference).
