SlVPE3 RNAi fruit showed altered levels of proteins associated with fruit ripening and disease resistance. Proteins isolated from wild-type (WT) and SlVPE3 RNAi fruit were subjected to isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) labeling coupled with nanoLC–MS/MS. The abundance ratio of proteins in the SlVPE3 RNAi fruit versus WT at 41 days post-anthesis (dpa) is shown.
