CNV in ChrY multicopy genes is linked to EAE, sex ratio, and sperm head abnormalities among B6-ChrY consomic strains. Linear regression analyses of CNV with (A) female CDS, (B) sex ratio, and (C) sperm head abnormalities reveals a significant relationship between the regressed variables. B6-ChrY consomic strains are represented by each data point and are color-coded with the bar graph in Figure 1B.
