Results reported are based on an average over 10 simulations with the following parameters, EC =1,000, PDA =26%, FC = Uniform (3, 5), ND =1,000 per entity, AP = BP, SM = NB, and SV =0.85 (see Table 1 and Methods for key to abbreviations used here).
