Gene order was based on expression levels in whole blood. (B) qPCR results of HSP70, HSP40, Heat shock protein ssb1, and heat shock cognate protein 70 gene (HSC70). Beta-actin was used as a control. (C) Time course of HSP70 gene expression. The expression level of the HSP70 gene increased with increasing time exposure to heat or cold stress up to 48 h and decreased after 24 h of stress recovery.
