Each row represents the same gene in all three conditions (Additional file 3). Heat maps depicting mRNA levels of SBF- and MBF-regulated genes from annotated lists generated from two separate studies: Ferrezuelo et al. [24](d) and Eser et al. [23](e) in CDK `on’ (left) and WT (right) cells. Transcript levels are depicted as log2-fold change relative to the mean expression of each gene and are depicted as in Figure 2. Each column represents a time point.
