Genes with significant differences in regulation (differences in differences in expression) with a given allele as compared to GRα are shown as filled circles with a black outline; genes lacking significant differences are shown as open circles. Only genes with significant (adjusted P <0.05) regulation in at least one condition (GRα or a given allele) are shown. We categorized genes showing significant differences in regulation (compared to GRα) by the functional consequence of the alternative allele/mutation (right).
