Averaged raw values of each phenotype from three biological replicates were normalized to the range 0 to 1 in each M. truncatula genotype. The normalized values were then averaged for 27 genotypes of M. truncatula, and clustered. The color in the heatmap indicates the level of value; red indicates the highest and green indicates the lowest value.
