The rest of the template structure is shown in gray. Mutations were taken from MoKCa database [78]. (b) Predicted interface for the interaction between MAPK6 (yellow) and YWHAZ (cyan). Phosphorylation sites on the proteins are indicated in red (S189 for MAPK6 and S184 for YWHAZ). The template used for the prediction was 1F5Q (chains A and B).
