Plot of P -value scores for module 2 and 48 published breast cancer gene signatures. Published gene signatures were collected and reported by Venet et al. [31]. The P-value score is defined as the negative logarithm of the geometric average of P-values from univariate Cox PH survival analyses from five breast cancer data sets. Signatures having P-values less than 0.05 across all five breast cancer data sets are plotted in green.
