  1. Significantly enriched GO categories (adjusted p-value < 0.05) for motif-containing genes. The results are listed by each motif and ordered based on their Benjamini Hochberg adjusted p-value. A good correlation is observed between the functional pathways associated with the seed genes and the GO category that is over-represented in the corresponding motif-containing genome-wide gene sets in the case of motifs NTBB, RPA and RPB.
