Under the stringent threshold where fewer events were observed, approximately two-thirds of the regions summarized in Table 4 showed at least one event: 4,733 of confirmed CNVs, and 107, 1,153, and 411, of Levy+Wheeler, Levy_only, and Wheeler_only regions, respectively.
