(b) Venn diagrams showing overlapping among the lists of differentially expressed genes of H-ras-/-, N-ras-/- or H-ras-/-/N-ras-/- fibroblasts generated after excluding from them those loci showing similar values of differential expression (ratio of the R-fold values within the range 0.6 to 1.5) in the corresponding 1-hour or 8-hour WT controls.
