The predicted sequence for TgGlmHMM_3355 is shown as an insert; sequence for which there is matching peptide evidence is shown in red. The peptide that spans an intron-exon boundary is shown in purple. Peptides aligning with this region are shown in yellow and the detailed MS information for one is shown, including the predicted sequence. Peptides that align with the release4 or alternative gene annotations are indicated on different lines. ESTs are shown as dark blue or brown boxes.
