We used ancestral state information provided by our previous study [56] and computed the pairwise alignment sequence identity (SeqID) between DUPA and DUPB and their putative ancestral loci. The alignment size is shown as the function of pairwise sequence identity between DUPA and DUPB versus their ancestral loci. (c) The alignment size is illustrated as the function of pairwise sequence identity between DUPA and DUPB.
