- Classification of ER+ intrinsic subtypes (527 samples from the integrated cohort NKI2 + EMC + NCH), 22 medullary breast cancers (MBCs) and 44 ductal breast cancers (DBCs) from [38], and 18 BRCA1 mutants from [3] into ER- subclasses, using the nearest centroid criterion with Pearson correlation as distance metric.
