  1. Genes bound by Sas2p with a binding ratio ≥2.0 (252 genes) were classified on the basis of over-represented attributes using the FuncAssociate web tool [52]. The number of genes bound for every category, the number of overall genes with this attribute, P values and the names of the identified genes are shown. Only the two categories with the most significant P values are shown. The search for GO categories was done using the FuncAssociate server [52].
