  1. Embryos were exposed from 96 to 120 hpf with the test compounds (Test). The table gives the Euclidean distances between the expression profiles for test compounds and the 11 toxicants. Bold type indicates the correct match. An ambiguous score was obtained in the case of 4CA (*) with three closely matching expression profiles. Note that the assessment of each test compound is based on one experiment.
