A total of 6041 ORFs are considered, based on availability of expression data and binding data, and 1542 target genes are selected in C+ (B+/C+ and B-/C+) by applying a posterior probability cutoff of 0.5 on each C ij (see COGRIM website [32] for the lists of gene ORFs for each TF).
