JAB-N, an α + β domain found amino-terminal to some JAB proteins; TAPI-C, domain found carboxyl-terminal to the phage λ-TAPI-like ubiquitin domain; Rhod, Rhodanese domain; X, β-strand rich, poorly conserved globular domain; ZnR, zinc ribbon domain.
