  1. *At least one protein was identified in each of these purifications; 1,613 baits were successfully analyzed using SDS-PAGE and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI) and 2,001 baits by liquid chromatography followed by tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS); 1,257 purifications were successful using both, 356 using only MALDI and 744 using only LC-MS/MS. Note that these are not necessarily distinct physical complexes but computationally derived complexes. A question mark indicates that a number for this was not given in the article.
