  1. Length is the total edge length of a component. Multiplicity refers to the highest multiplicity among all edges in a component. The multiplicity may exceed the total number of C. elegans and C. briggsae families containing the repeat domain, because some repeat families have self-similarities (for example, E3 and B4 each contribute 2 to the multiplicity of the green edge in Figure 5).
