  1. DNA was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR as described in Materials and methods using primer pairs specific for the 5' HSE and 3' UTR regions of Hsp26 and Hsp70A. Fold enrichment is based on the comparison between amplifications with DNA from ChIP using anti-Hsf or preimmune antiseum.
