  1. All genes significantly similar to known human or yeast V-ATPase subunits were identified by BLAST search, extending our previously reported annotation of the V-ATPase family [53], by identifying the genes underlined above as V-ATPase subunits. For comparison, enrichment ratios significantly greater than 1 and signals over 1,000 are shown in bold. (vha16-2 and vha16-3 are in tandem repeat and share the same Affymetrix oligo set, and so cannot be distinguished here.)
