The assignment Coverage (x-axis) is the proportion of genes from the complex which were reassigned to it by the discriminant analysis (see Materials and methods for details). Positive predictive power (PPP) (y-axis) is the proportion of the genes assigned to the complex which originally belonged to it. Assignment results are for multiprotein complexes. Annotated complexes  are drawn as green triangles, TAP complexes  as blue diamonds and HMS complexes  as red circles.
