  1. For each family, we show the results with Dyad-analysis/sweeping and with Consensus/Patser accepting a match only if its score exceeds the defined best threshold. This threshold corresponds to the highest overall performance, see Figures 3 and 4. Otherwise the results are treated as explained in Table 4. The column names are as described in Tables 3 and 4.
