Analysis of the immune metagenes in 1,954 breast cancer cases. Test cases were assigned to proliferation and immune tertiles based on the training set parameters and the results combined for an integrated survival analysis. Shown are Kaplan-Meier survival estimates of the (A) B/P, (B) T/NK and (C) M/D metagene tertiles as they stratify the low, intermediate and high proliferation tertiles.
