New players: confirmation of microarray results. Real-time RT-PCR was performed for (a) TNFRSF1B, (b) TRAF1, and (c) LGALS3 expression in MACS isolated human CD4+CD25+ TReg and CD4+CD25- naïve T cells. Fold changes were calculated as described for Figure 4. Real-time RT-PCR results (black bars) were compared with fold changes arising from the Human TReg Chip (white bars).
